About Perinatal Space

I’m Alexandra, a psychologist and psychoanalyst with extensive training in psychotherapy and parent-infant mental health. I fell in love with the field of perinatal mental health because I deeply believe that the earliest relationship –between parent and baby– forms the foundation of our personality and self, shaping how we connect with others throughout life.

I have been honored to support countless mothers and fathers through the beautiful, and sometimes challenging journey of becoming a parent. Together, we navigate the highs and lows, the joys, the struggles, and everything in between, to emerge on the other side as happier, more mindful, and intentional parents.

I’m also privileged to collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals who share my passion. Together, we provide a warm and supportive approach to perinatal mental health, ensuring every mother and family receives the comprehensive care they deserve.
